Updates
The official site is live, and PicZero moved to /image
msh.zone is now the official site. PicZero, the image toolbox, is served at /image. Older tool addresses redirect there.

msh.zone is now the front door for every MSH tool. Guides and this update log live at the root, so the pages that describe a tool can change without a release of the tool itself. Images are still handled by PicZero. The document toolbox is at /markdown.
How the addresses split
PicZero lives entirely under /image. English tool pages have no language prefix, for example https://msh.zone/image/compress. Other languages use a prefix, such as /image/zh-CN/compress. English pages on this site are also unprefixed, for example /guides/compress-without-upload. Simplified Chinese is /zh-CN/guides/compress-without-upload.
Tool addresses that used to sit at the root now redirect. /compress goes to /image/compress. An old tool path with a language prefix goes to the matching page under /image. Language homes do not redirect. /zh-CN/ and /ja/ stay on this site. They do not open PicZero.
Why they are separate
The tool has to stay fast. The explanation has to be editable. Questions such as how compression works, whether a file is uploaded, and what a target size means belong here. PicZero can keep doing the processing. Search and answer engines should cite this explanation, not a one-line button on the tool page. The steps are in compress without uploading, convert a format locally, and cut out locally.
Links to update
Point people at https://msh.zone/image for the image toolbox. Point a single job at its own path, such as https://msh.zone/image/compress. Old links can stay for now, because they redirect, but new posts, signatures, and docs should not use a tool address at the root. Use https://msh.zone for this site, and https://msh.zone/zh-CN/ when the reader wants Simplified Chinese.
